Program Overview
This Referral Program is designed to reward the Referrer (as defined below) who refers new users (“Referees”) to Traya. Upon successful referral, both parties receive a reward as defined below.
Definitions
Referrer: An existing customer of Traya who has placed at least 3 delivered orders.
Referee: A new user referred by a Referrer, who has not previously purchased any product from Traya.
Successful Referral: When the Referee places their first paid order and it gets delivered.
Eligibility
Only customers with a valid Traya account and a minimum of three (3) paid and delivered orders are eligible to refer.
Referees must be first-time customers. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
Traya, at its sole discretion, may revoke rewards if misuse, fraud, or policy violation is detected.
The minimum order/kit value for the Referrer has to be Rs. 501, and for the Referee to be Rs. 1600, and it has to be a Traya kit for the discount to be applicable. To clarify, referral coupons are not valid on the purchase of individual products.
Referral Mechanics
Each Referrer receives a unique referral coupon once they start the Referral process via the “Refer A Friend” section on the Traya app or the website.
When the unique referral coupon is shared by the Referrer with the Referee, the Referee can use the coupon on their first paid order to receive ₹500 off on the purchase of the first kit on the Traya platform.
Once the Referee’s order is placed and delivered, the Referrer also receives a ₹500 coupon within 7 days post the order is delivered to the Referee.
Referral coupons issued both to the Referrer and the Referee are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Coupons are not transferable, encashable, or combinable with other discounts.
Each referral coupon can be used only once on the Traya platform.
Communication
The program will be introduced directly on the website.
Referral codes and updates will be shared via SMS.
In future phases, communication may shift to app-based notifications.
Redemption
Referral rewards (₹500 coupon) will be redeemable on both Traya’s official app and website.
Referrer coupons apply to any future order, except for the free hair test.
Only one coupon can be used per transaction.
Program Limitations
By sharing the details of the Referee [Name and Phone number] with Traya, the Referrer confirms that they have the right and the authority to share such details on behalf of the Referee.
Traya reserves the right to pause, modify, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without any prior notice.
Any decision made by Traya regarding eligibility, misuse, or disputes will be final and binding.
Coupon Misuse
If the Referrer is found distributing referral coupons publicly (e.g., coupon sites or comment sections), Traya reserves the right to void all associated rewards and suspend the user’s participation.
General Conditions
Nothing contained in the offers shall be construed as a binding obligation on Traya to continue the offer after the Termination Date or to substitute the Offer by a new or similar offer.
The terms contained in this document shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Terms of Service and the other policies available on the platform.
The customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
